THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The Health Department is executing a $28,250 contract with PJ Hoerr to remodel the east clinic reception and intake area used by WIC, Better Birth Outcomes, and Dental programs. The project addresses workflow, safety, traffic flow, and security and is planned for completion in Q3 2026. While the construction vendor is set, building systems, furniture, security, and future clinic upgrades may create follow-on needs around technology, signage, and interior improvements.
Contract uses AIA A104; county purchasing and legal review already completed. Funding tied to 2026 budget and transfers noted under Action Item E.
