THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Punam LLC obtained county support for an LDC text amendment allowing "Vehicle Service, Mechanical" as a conditional use in RACX districts within the US 27 Selected Area Plan. Their narrative states they plan a 1,625 sq ft oil change facility on a 3.6-acre RACX parcel at 9420 Hwy 192 in Clermont. With entitlement groundwork in place but no site design or construction contracts mentioned, design, engineering, permitting, and build services will be needed next.
Application shows $5,434 in county fees paid and a job value listed as $0, indicating entitlement phase only. Site is 3.6 acres in RACX, Northwest Utility Service Area, outside Green Swamp ACSC.
